Do you like one of our properties?

We will:

• Arrange a viewing;
• Give information about the property, the landlord, the area, the availability and the terms and conditions;
• Draw up the contract/rental agreement in Dutch and English;
• Handle your check-in and check-out, including an online inspection reports and photos;
• Be available for questions before, during and after the rental period.

If you ask us to arrange a guided tour and/or we find you the perfect apartment through another agency, an agency fee of one month's rent plus VAT (21%) is applicable.
